Quality & QC Procedure

After order is confirmed, we have a meeting with the all department before production, investigate all the workmanship and technical details, make sure all the details are under control.

1) 100% inspection for the cutting, main trims for the production ( a pre-production sample same as the approval sample sent to you)

2) Morning meeting by the factory director each day;
3) Q/A during the production for online quality control every day;

4) Q/A for the finished products before packing

5) Final inspection while packing up all the goods. If there is no other problem at this stage, our QC director will issue the inspection report and release for shipping

6) We strictly follow ISO AQL standards

1.Q. Where is your factory located? How can I visit you?

A: Our factory locates in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, China.

You can fly to XIAMEN or FUZHOU International Air Port, and we will pick you up. Welcome to visit us!

2.Q: Can I get samples?

A: We are honored to offer you sample to check the quality and test the market, but you need to bear the sample costs at the sample stage. Sample cost would be refunded after you place the order.

3.Q: How do your factory do regarding quality control?

A: Quality is 1st priority. We always attach great importance to quality controlling from raw material to shipping. Our factory has gained TUV Rheinland and BSCI certificates.

4. Q: When can I get a quotation?
A: We usually quote you within 12 hours after we get your inquiry. Pls tell us in your email if it is urgent. We will give priority to your inquiry. A more specific inquiry about the expected purchasing quantity would be appreciated.

5. Q: I have my own design, can you produce it for me?
What about the sample fee and the time?
A: Great! We 'd like to produce your own design for you. We make OEM and ODM PRODUCTS for many customers. Pls contact us with your design artwork.
Generally speaking, the sample time is 7-10 days. The sample fee depends on the design, material, size and some details. We are looking forward to your idea and design.

6. Q: what's your delivery time?
A: for stock items, we usually arrange your order within 5 workdays. For bulk items and customized items, the production lead time is normally about 50-60days. Pls contact us to get accurate delivery time.
